Plastic Armoury sells toy Blasters and accessories. These are toys and are not to be used for any other reason. Any breaches that we become aware of will be forwarded onto the appropriate authorities.
Gel Blasters are legal in Queensland and South Australia and are classed as a toy.
In all other states you will need to check your state laws. Some of our products could be classified as an imitation firearm in other states which will require you to purchase an imitation firearm licence. WE STRONGLY advice you to speak to your local firearms agency. The onus is on you to have these permits in place before purchasing if required.

It is our policy that personal information (such as your name, postal and email address, and telephone number) is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you supply to us is stored in a secure location, accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information (such as to respond to a request or to process your order). We do send occasional emails to our customers with promotions and/or special offers. You may opt out of these emails at any time.
Missing or Damaged Items Notification Policy
When you receive your package, we suggest that you immediately open the package and ensure that all items are contained within the package and are in working order. If an item is missing or damaged, you are required to contact our Customer Service Department within 48 hours to report the missing or damaged item. You can contact the Customer Service Department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org We are not responsible for missing or damaged items if we have not been notified within the required time-frame.
Our Refund or Return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund/return, it must be returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase to Plastic Armoury, 62/70 Bettson Boulevard, Queensland 4503, Australia.
If the return is due to a faulty product, we require a evidence either by picture or video showing the broken or missing parts. This must be sent to email@example.com
If it can be proven that the item is faulty, we will offer the choice to resend the item at our cost or to refund your purchase.
All shipping charges are based on the destination of your package as well as shipping weight and dimensions. Shipping weight is determined by the estimated weight and dimensions of all item(s) plus the necessary packing materials and the shipping box.

Orders received will be packed and processed for delivery within 24-48 hours with tracking numbers sent, then we use Australia Post and Interparcel to deliver to your nominated address between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays; generally 3-5 days for delivery.
